General
assignments:
1. Two articles
with a brief (1 page or less) analysis from current literature
concerning ethical or legal issues in chiropractic or a related field
are due
week 5. Include a copy of the article.
2. One brief article expounding the attributes (positive/negative) and
content of
an ethics oriented website. Due week 9.
3. Create an informed consent document, suitable for use in your office,
which
satisfies the elements delineated in the article on informed consent at
www.chiroethics.org.
4. Certain lectures will be available on videotape (available in the
library), or
using QuickTime (access through www.chiroethics.org). The class will be
notified as these become available. Study questions/assignments may be
given on some lectures. These will be collected and graded for part
of the
class participation grade.
Late assignments will be accepted but down-graded 25% per week
